Fringed paper adds a textured detail to this multi-coloured birthday card. The word "YAY" was die cut from the front card panel so the multi-coloured fringe could stick through and be brushed by the recipient. The background was stamped with a streamer stamp in matching colours to continue the festive, cheerful theme. Standard A2 sized card (4 1/4" x 5 1/2"). Standard white envelope included, stamped with a coordinating image.
